How to Unlock Royal Remedy in Where Winds Meet

Royal Remedy sits at the heart of the Silkbind Deluge healing style in Where Winds Meet. You feel its impact as soon as you slot it in, because it strengthens Cloudburst Healing and feeds you Dewdrops while you stay near your water clone. For support focused players, it becomes a foundation rather than a flourish. The path to get it asks you to move with intention inside the Panacea Fan Sanctum, a Silver Needle hideout tucked beneath the bamboo forest.

This guide gives you a clean route through the Sanctum and helps you reach the hidden chest that holds the Royal Remedy tome.

Where to Begin: Finding the Panacea Fan Sanctum

The Sanctum rests just south of the Northern Bamboo Grove boundary stone. Once you enter, the cave widens into a split of paths and patrols. The Inner Way never drops from enemies here, so you must reach the correct chest.

You need a Dragon Key to enter the Sanctum. Without it, the guards will turn you away before you even reach the first ladder.

The Path to Royal Remedy: A Step by Step Approach

Think of the Sanctum as a quiet maze built around patrol rhythms. You get farther when you let the space slow you down. Each step below keeps you oriented without overwhelming you.

1. Clear the entrance guards

Three guards block the outer approach. One patrols the front path, one stands behind a pillar, and one circles the left side. Your Senses reveal their vision cones and help you pick the order. You want the left side clear before you climb.

2. Take the ladder on the left

Once the outer area feels safe, climb the ladder beside the stairs. A guard walks a short loop near the top. Time your climb so you reach the platform as he turns away or begins walking toward the stairs again. You gain enough space to remove him without alerting the others.

3. Move toward the small lower room

A narrow ledge stretches ahead. You will find a small room below you with a guard who drifts in and out. Stay on the ledge and strike when he walks to the far corner of the doorway. This keeps noise contained.

4. Reach the chamber with the two braziers

The next room sits directly forward, marked by two braziers and two wandering guards. The chest you want sits inside this chamber on the left wall. Keep cover near the entrance wall and watch both guards as they cross paths. When the moment opens, pick them off one by one. You can use Senses again to track their sightlines while you stay tucked behind the wall.

5. Loot the large chest for Royal Remedy

The large chest holds the Royal Remedy tome. Two braziers sit near it and you can loot them for Fire Oil. Once you secure the tome, you can safely exit or keep exploring the Sanctum for other materials.

Why Royal Remedy is Useful?

Royal Remedy strengthens Cloudburst Healing by ten percent and feeds you a steady stream of Dewdrops when you remain inside your clone’s radius. The bonus feels small at first glance, but it shifts the tempo of longer fights by giving you a predictable loop of healing and Dew management. It pairs naturally with Panacea Fan and lets support players settle into a calm, sustainable rhythm during large scale content.

When you invest in Breakthrough tiers, the Inner Way later adds group healing, Dew efficiency, and a fail safe revive mechanic. This makes Royal Remedy one of the most complete support Inner Ways in the game.
