To acquire the Conjoined Heart, players must journey into Verdania and face the Clover Dancers. These enemies are directly tied to the Green Prince’s questline, and defeating them will yield this rare heart.

The steps can be broken down as follows:

Accept the Green Prince quest – Begin in Bellhart, then travel to the far right of Greymoor, near Crow Lake.
Enter the memory of the Green Prince – After progressing through this storyline, you’ll gain access to his past.
