Pokémon GO has just introduced one of its most exciting quality-of-life features yet. With the launch of the Memories in Motion season, every single day of the week now carries its own unique Daily Discovery bonus, giving you a specific reason to log in and engage with a different feature of the game each day.
Whether you are a Battle League grinder, a Raid enthusiast, a trader, or someone who simply loves stocking up on Stardust, the Daily Discoveries schedule has something meaningful for you every week. Here is the complete breakdown of every bonus, every day, and everything you need to know to make the most of the Memories in Motion season.
When Does Memories in Motion Start And End?
The Memories in Motion season runs from Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time through to Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time. All Daily Discovery bonuses are active every week throughout the entire season unless an exception applies.
Important note: Daily Discoveries will not be available during the week of global GO Fest, GO Wild Area, or GO Tour events. Keep that in mind when planning your weekly schedule around these bonuses.
All Daily Discovery bonuses run from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM local time on their respective days.
The Full Daily Discoveries Schedule For Pokémon GO

Here is every confirmed Daily Discovery bonus for the Memories in Motion season, broken down day by day:
Sunday: Double-Time Sunday
Sunday is dedicated to making your Incense and Lure Modules go further. Any of the following items activated on Sunday will last up to twice as long as normal:
- Incense
- Lure Modules
- Glacial Lure Modules
- Mossy Lure Modules
- Magnetic Lure Modules
- Rainy Lure Modules
If you have been saving up Lure Modules for a dedicated farming session, Sunday is the day to use them. Double duration means double the spawns and double the opportunity to catch rare Pokémon attracted by specialty lures.
Monday: Fast-Track Monday and Max Monday
Monday is actually a two-for-one deal, combining Fast-Track Monday and Max Monday into a single packed day.
Fast-Track Monday bonuses:
- 2x GO Points from Pass Tasks for both monthly and event GO Passes
Max Monday bonuses:
- Power Spots refresh more frequently than on any other day of the week
- Additional Power Spots are active compared to the rest of the week
- Max Battles rotate to feature different Dynamax Pokémon
One important timing note for Max Monday: Max Battles are available between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time specifically. Power Spot availability is also limited outside of Max Mondays and dedicated Max Battle Days, so Monday is genuinely the best window to engage with Dynamax content each week.
Tuesday: Showcase Tuesday
On Tuesdays, PokéStop Showcases become the main event. Up to 20 different Showcase categories will be active simultaneously across PokéStops, giving you a wide variety of Pokémon to show off.
Log in on Tuesdays and check your nearby PokéStops to find out which specific Pokémon categories are active that week. Showcases are a fun and low-pressure way to compete with other Trainers in your area, and having 20 categories active at once means there is almost always something relevant to your current collection.
Wednesday: Raid Day
Wednesday is built for Raid enthusiasts. Two things happen every Wednesday:
- Five-star and Mega Raid bosses rotate at the start of the day
- Raid Hour runs from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM local time, featuring the current five-star Raid Boss
If you are targeting a specific Legendary or Mega Pokémon, Wednesday is the day to coordinate with friends and stack your Remote Raid Passes. The Raid Hour window from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM gives you a concentrated one-hour burst of activity where Raid lobbies fill quickly and you can chain multiple encounters in a short time.
Thursday: GO Battle Thursday
Thursday belongs to competitive Trainers. The GO Battle League gets a significant buff on Thursdays with two confirmed bonuses:
- Up to 4x Stardust from win rewards (this does not include end-of-set rewards)
- The maximum number of sets you can play per day increases from 5 to 10, giving you a total of 50 battles available
The 4x Stardust boost from wins makes Thursday the single most valuable day of the week for Stardust farming through the GO Battle League. If you have strong PvP teams ready, stacking wins on Thursday is one of the most efficient ways to build your Stardust reserves across the season.
Friday: Friendship Friday
Friday is all about trading and friendship bonuses. All of the following apply to in-person trades only:
- Up to two Special Trades per day
- Increased chance of Lucky Trade for any trade made
- Up to 10% Stardust cost reduction for trades
- Two guaranteed Candy XL from trades for Trainers at Level 31 and above
The Lucky Trade bonus alone makes Friday a compelling day to meet up with friends and trade. Lucky Pokémon have boosted IVs and cost half the Stardust to power up, so landing a Lucky Trade on a Pokémon you want to invest in is a genuinely meaningful reward. The double Special Trade slot also gives you more flexibility to trade Legendary or Shiny Pokémon that would normally be limited to one Special Trade per day.
Saturday: Free For Events
Saturday has been kept clear of Daily Discoveries intentionally. Niantic has reserved Saturdays specifically for scheduled events, including Community Days and other weekend activities. The confirmed Community Day dates for the Memories in Motion season are:
- March 14, 2026 for March Community Day
- April 11, 2026 for April Community Day
- May 9, 2026 for May Community Day
- May 16, 2026 for May Community Day Classic

10 km Eggs: Deino, Honedge, Impidimp
10 km Eggs from Adventure Sync Rewards: Chingling, Happiny, Audino
Note that additional Pokémon beyond this list are also hatching from Eggs during the season.
Final Thoughts
The Daily Discoveries system in Pokémon GO’s Memories in Motion season is one of the smartest structural changes Niantic has made to the game in some time. Rather than logging in every day and doing the same things, each day now has a clear purpose and a specific reward that genuinely changes how you play. Sunday is for lures, Monday is for Max content and GO Pass progress, Thursday is for Stardust grinding through battles, and Friday is the day to call your friends and trade.
If you plan your week around the Daily Discoveries schedule, the Memories in Motion season offers more value per session than almost any previous Pokémon GO season.
