How to redeem Dragon Ball Legends codes

Redeeming codes takes a few more steps than most mobile games, since everything runs through the Bandai Namco Entertainment Web Store rather than directly in the app. Follow the process below:

  1. Visit the Bandai Namco Entertainment Web Store DBL Promo Code page and select Login/New Registration.
  2. Log in or create a Bandai Namco ID account if you do not already have one.
  3. Open Dragon Ball Legends on your phone and tap the three bar Menu button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  4. Select Other, then Data Transfer Settings, then Transfer through a Bandai Namco ID Account.
  5. Accept the terms of service. A message confirming “Transfer settings with Bandai Namco ID account has been completed” will appear. Tap OK to continue.
  6. Return to the Web Store page and log in again. Check that your Dragon Ball Legends Player ID matches the one shown in the game, then hit Proceed.
  7. Type your code into the text box and hit Input to confirm it is valid.
  8. Open the Shop from the main game screen. An Item Receipt screen will confirm your reward.

Some rewards land in your Gift Box rather than the Shop. If your Chrono Crystals do not show up right away, check the Present icon in the top right corner of the main game screen instead.
