David Production is behind the Firefly Wedding adaptation
The studio responsible for bringing Firefly Wedding to television is david production, a name already familiar to anime audiences through major productions such as JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Fire Force and Cells at Work!

Tennyo Island expands the Firefly Wedding story
The anime’s promotional material has already offered viewers a look beyond the initial encounter between Satoko and Shinpei.
A second teaser PV released in August introduced more of the story surrounding Tennyo Island, a secluded island where Satoko is taken by Shinpei.
The trailer also introduced Kotaro and Mitsueda, while revealing more about the circumstances surrounding Satoko and Shinpei’s relationship.

The ending theme, meanwhile, is “ๅคขๅฟๅฐ” by TOOBOE.
TOOBOE explained that the ending song focuses on Shinpei’s inner world and the things he gains and loses through his connection with Satoko.
