Why Nathan Gallagher Is Now Wanted by NSW Police
Gallagher was due to appear at Burwood Local Court on September 1 to face three charges arising from an alleged domestic violence incident in Sydney in December 2025. He did not attend the hearing.

The case stems from December 26, 2025, when police alleged that Gallagher assaulted a 29-year-old woman known to him at a unit complex in Melrose Park, a Sydney-area suburb.

Judge Janine Lacy Explains the September 1 Decision
Judge Lacy noted Gallagher’s overseas status, the seriousness of the alleged offenses and their domestic violence context before recording the convictions.
