Pressly was staying at the Signia by Hilton San Jose ahead of her scheduled GalaxyCon appearance when the unusual scene allegedly unfolded in the hotel lobby.
TMZ reported that witnesses saw Pressly sitting in the lobby for around 30 minutes while speaking loudly on her phone, using profanity and drinking alcohol. Some witnesses claimed she appeared to be under the influence, but there was no publicly reported toxicology test or police assessment establishing that she was intoxicated.
During the conversation, witnesses reportedly heard Pressly say:
“Mommy loves you”
She also reportedly said:
“You are the best husband I have ever divorced and you are good to our kids.”
Pressly was previously married to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, with whom she shares twin sons. She also has another son from a previous relationship.
The situation reportedly escalated after someone complained about her behavior. Two hotel security guards approached Pressly, but witnesses claimed she initially continued her phone conversation and held up a finger to signal that she was not finished talking.

According to TMZ, Pressly approached a woman who was attending a wedding at the hotel. Witnesses alleged that Pressly touched the woman’s arm and complained about the security guards.
She then reportedly received another phone call.
At that point, a security guard eventually intervened and told her:
“We’re done.”

Jaime Pressly Reportedly Returned to the Hotel Bar After Leaving
Being asked to leave the area apparently did not immediately end the incident.
TMZ reported that Pressly went outside to smoke before returning approximately 10 minutes later. Witnesses claimed she came back holding hands with a valet employee and went directly to the hotel bar for another drink.
Security eventually escorted her away from the property.
One witness told TMZ that a guard asked Pressly to leave because she had allegedly put her hands on another guest, apparently referring to the woman attending the wedding. However, another source told the outlet that Pressly ultimately left on her own.
There was also a separate explanation reported by TMZ. Sources familiar with the situation claimed Pressly was dealing with family matters at the time and suggested that this contributed to her unusual behavior. Was Jaime Pressly Arrested? San Jose Police Were Not Called
Despite the reported involvement of hotel security, the incident did not turn into a police matter.
Page Six reported that it confirmed with the San Jose Police Department that authorities were not called to the hotel. As a result, there is no publicly reported arrest or criminal charge connected to the alleged incident.
The Signia by Hilton San Jose also declined to discuss what happened, citing privacy obligations.
The hotel told TMZ:
“Given our privacy obligations, we are unable to provide any information.”
