Stand Before the Angel and Look at the Pillars

Draft the Cloister and step inside. Stay on the walkway that circles the yard and walk to the point directly facing the statue. You do not need tools or items for this puzzle. You only need to stand close enough for the statue to feel centered in your view.

Then shift your eyes to the two pillars that flank you on the left and right. Each one has a panel near its base. Your attention should fall to the sides that face inward, not the external walls.

Interact with the side panel on the first pillar. You will hear the mechanism respond. Move to the opposite pillar and repeat the action. The Cloister reacts the moment both switches press into place. The low barrier ahead sinks into the ground, and the silent garden finally opens itself.
