Neverness to Everness Upcoming Banners and Pull Schedule (May 1, 2026)

Neverness to Everness launched on April 29, 2026, and like any gacha RPG, knowing when to pull and who to prioritise is everything. The game uses a board-based gacha system called Scarborough Fair, and with two limited S-Class characters already confirmed for version 1.0, planning your resources now can save you a great deal of frustration later. Here is a complete breakdown of every current and upcoming banner.

Launch Generosity: Free Resources at Launch

Before diving into banners, it is worth highlighting that NTE launched with exceptional free pull generosity. Players received 1,600 Annulith via in-game mail on April 30, along with a large number of additional pulls through pre-registration rewards, login bonuses, and early gameplay. In total, new players can realistically earn 120+ easy pulls just by logging in and progressing, with over 470 pulls possible through all launch events and activities. This means you have significantly more resources to work with than you might expect from day one.

Version 1.0 Banner Schedule Overview

Note on timing: Nanally’s banner end date is May 13, 2026 based on server time (UTC+8). Players in North America and Europe should account for their local time difference when planning their final pulls.

Current Banner: The Ichi-daime (Nanally)

The first limited banner in Neverness to Everness features Nanally, an S-Class character of the Anima faction with a Plasma element. This banner runs from April 29 until May 13, 2026 (server time).

Nanally’s combat style revolves around electromagnetic force manipulation. Her standout ability is a Redirect Skill called Colucci Howling Technique, which allows her to use electromagnetic adhesion to walk freely on any tilted surface, including ceilings. This makes her exceptionally useful in both combat and open-world exploration. She delivers high damage output in both single-target boss encounters and AoE mob clearing, making her one of the strongest launch DPS options.

Rate-Up Characters on The Ichi-daime

  • Nanally – S-Class, Anima
  • Adler – A-Class, Incantation
  • Edgar – A-Class, Cosmos
  • Mint – A-Class, Anima

A-Class Guarantee: Every 10-pull on character boards guarantees at least one A-Class character alongside the standard 10 rewards, effectively giving you 11 items per multi-pull.

Cosmetic Perks on The Ichi-daime

Rolling on The Ichi-daime unlocks exclusive cosmetics at milestone pull counts. These are specific to this banner and do not carry over to future character banners (though they will carry over if Nanally’s banner reruns in the future).

Pull MilestoneCosmetic Reward
50 pullsGlider Skin: Underboss-of-the-Underboss
120 pullsVehicle Livery: Tiger Incoming! (Novus)
200 pullsNanally Character Skin: Phoenix Kick

If you do not land on the cosmetic tiles naturally during rolling, you can still acquire these items directly from the Fair Exchange shop once you reach the corresponding milestone pull count.

Upcoming Banner: Misty Tipsy Style (Hotori)

Once Nanally’s banner ends on May 13, 2026, Hotori takes the spotlight in Phase 2. She is an S-Class character of the Cosmos faction with a Solid element. Her banner, Misty Tipsy Style, runs from May 13 until June 3, 2026, marking the end of version 1.0.

Hotori’s kit centres entirely around time manipulation. When her ability activates, she can stop time, and this mechanic also functions during open-world exploration. In combat, when Hotori joins a fight, a Non-Closed Timepiece appears and builds energy over time. When fully charged, you activate her Ultimate which deals Cosmos DMG and unsheathes her katana. Her katana attacks then build Momentum, and once maxed, she triggers a large Cosmos DMG burst that ends the time stop effect.

Permanent Banner: Strange Encounters (Standard Board)

The Strange Encounters Standard Board is always available and works differently from the limited boards. Key features include:

  • Your first five 10-pulls receive a 20% discount on Fabricated Dice cost
  • After 50 pulls, you unlock a one-time S-Class character selector to choose any standard S-Class character from the pool
  • Every 10-pull guarantees at least one A-Class character

Standard pool characters: Sakiri, Baicang, Hathor, Fadia, Daffodill, and Jiuyuan.

This banner is a great starting point for new players who want to build their roster using the discounted early rolls. For the free selector, community consensus currently leans toward Jiuyuan for her damage and healing hybrid value, or Hathor for her Lakshana DPS and daily Hamster Ball resource generation. However, the best choice always depends on which characters you already have.

Arc Research Program (Weapon Banner)

The Arc Research Program is NTE’s dedicated weapon banner. Key details include:

DetailInformation
Base S-Class Arc Drop Rate3%
Guaranteed S-Class Arc60 pulls
Featured Arc Guaranteed80 pulls
Per Pull CostTri-Key x10
Pity Carry OverYes
A-Class GuaranteeEvery single pull

Every single pull guarantees at least an A-Class Arc, and pity progress carries over to future Arc banners. However, it is important to note that the Arc Research Program does have a 50/50-style mechanic, unlike the limited character boards. This means at 60 pulls you are guaranteed an S-Class Arc, but it may not be the featured one. You are fully guaranteed the featured Arc by the 80th pull at the latest, regardless of what happened at 60.

How the Gacha System Works (Scarborough Fair Explained)

Neverness to Everness uses a board game format for its gacha system called Scarborough Fair. Rather than simply spinning a wheel, you roll dice and move a piece around a board. Where your piece lands determines what you receive.

Key Pity Details

MechanicDetail
Base S-Class Drop Rate~1.87–1.88%
Soft Pity / Board ModificationTriggers at 70 pulls (S-Class rate jumps sharply to 19.59%)
Hard Pity90 pulls (guaranteed S-Class)
Pity Carry OverYes, across limited character boards
50/50 SystemNo on limited character boards
A-Class GuaranteeEvery 10-pull gives at least one A-Class

The absence of a 50/50 system is one of NTE’s biggest advantages for players. Every S-Class character you pull on a limited board is guaranteed to be the featured character. There is no chance of pulling the wrong S-Class on a limited banner, which makes resource planning significantly more reliable than most competing titles.

After 70 pulls without obtaining an S-Class character, the board shifts to a Modified state which further increases the odds of landing the featured character before hard pity kicks in at 90.

Pity Carry-Over: What Transfers and What Does Not

  • Character pity carries over between limited character banners. If you pull 40 times on Nanally’s banner and do not get an S-Class, those 40 pulls count toward pity when Hotori’s banner begins. You do not lose your progress when switching banners.
  • Cosmetic milestone progress does not carry over between different character banners. The milestone rewards on The Ichi-daime are specific to Nanally’s banner. However, if a banner reruns in the future, your prior milestone progress on that character’s banner will carry over to their rerun.

Beyond Version 1.0: What Is Coming Next

Version 1.0 runs through June 3, 2026, at which point version 1.1 begins. While no official confirmation has been made by Hotta Studio at the time of writing, early speculation and community discussion point toward Lacrimosa, a Chaos element character, as a likely version 1.1 addition. Lacrimosa has already appeared in tier list discussions as a character expected to arrive in the first major post-launch update and is anticipated to perform strongly in the Chaos element role.

Nothing in version 1.1 is officially confirmed yet. Check back for updates as Hotta Studio releases the official 1.1 announcement closer to June 3.

Should You Pull on Nanally or Save for Hotori?

Both characters are strong and cover very different playstyles. Here is a practical decision guide:

Pull Nanally if:

  • You want the strongest launch DPS with excellent exploration mobility
  • Electromagnetic-style combat appeals to you
  • You want to take advantage of the launch cosmetic milestone rewards before they close on May 13
  • You are a new player with the launch free pull resources available

Pull Hotori if:

  • Time manipulation mechanics and Cosmos DMG builds are your preference
  • You are comfortable waiting until May 13 to begin pulling
  • You already have a strong DPS from the standard pool and want a different playstyle

Pull the Standard Board first if:

  • You are a new player who wants to use the discounted early rolls and secure the free S-Class selector at 50 pulls before committing resources to a limited banner

Since pity carries over between limited banners, you can safely start pulling on Nanally’s banner and continue on Hotori’s banner from exactly where you left off when it begins on May 13. You do not lose any progress by splitting pulls across both banners.
