As Arknights: Endfield approaches its January 22, 2026 launch, one question PC, mobile, and console players all share is whether the game will let you carry progress and play with friends across platforms. The official stance from Hypergryph and the game’s support documentation clarifies how cross platform mechanics work and what you can expect when the world of Endfield opens.

In This Post:

What Cross Platform Progression Means in Arknights: Endfield

Yes, Arknights: Endfield supports cross platform progression within the same server. This means you can link your game progress across PC, iOS, Android, and PlayStation 5 and continue from where you left off on any supported device.

Progress will be tracked through a Gryphline Account, which becomes the central hub for your data. Once your Gryphline account is linked, playing on a different platform automatically syncs your Operators, base, resources, and overall progress as long as you are on the same game server.

However, there is an important limitation. Progress and data do not transfer between different server regions. For example, your progress on the Americas/Europe server will not carry over if you switch to the Asia server, even if you use the same account credentials.

Official Account Linking Across Platforms

The official Arknights: Endfield site details how account linking works, especially between PlayStation Network (PSN) and Gryphline Accounts. Because PS5 uses its own login system, you must link your PSN account with a Gryphline account that has not previously logged into the game if you want to share progress with mobile and PC platforms.

Once linked correctly:

  • Your progress will be shared across PC, mobile, and PS5 under the same server.
  • You must use the linked PSN account on PlayStation and a Gryphline account on other platforms. The two login paths remain distinct even after linking.

Account linking has some technical rules:

  • One PSN account can only link to one Gryphline account, and vice versa.
  • If you skip the initial linking prompt the first time you log in on PS5, a new Gryphline account may be created automatically, making later linking with an existing account more complicated.
  • You can unlink a PSN account once through the Gryphline Account User Center, but you should proceed with care, as this affects how your progress syncs across devices.

Cross Play in Arknights: Endfield

Official announcements have not specifically confirmed full cross play across all multiplayer modes. Based on other sources and genre trends, cooperative content may support cross play, while competitive or PvP elements might remain platform restricted for balance.

The key difference is between the ability to share progression across platforms and the ability to play in the same session with others on different devices. Hypergryph has prioritized consistent progression sync through account linking, which lays the foundation for future cross play features if they choose to enable them.

Official Platform Support at Launch

Arknights: Endfield is confirmed to launch on:

  • PC
  • PlayStation 5
  • Android
  • iOS

All platforms will support shared progression via a linked Gryphline account within the same server, making it easy to switch devices without losing progress.
