Sailor Piece Rune Inventory Tab

Sailor Piece is a Roblox One Piece RPG where your build decides everything. Runes are among the most impactful upgrades in the game, offering serious damage multipliers, survivability buffs, and Luck boosts that can completely change how you perform in combat and farming. However, many players struggle to even locate the Rune tab in their inventory, let alone farm and level Runes efficiently. This guide covers everything confirmed: how to get Runes, how to equip them, how levelling actually works, and which ones are worth chasing.

How to Get Runes in Sailor Piece

Standard Runes drop exclusively from enemies inside the Rune Dungeon, while the two Secret Runes drop from the Infinite Tower on Tower Island. Here is the full path to accessing both.

Step 1: Get a Dungeon Key

To enter the Rune Dungeon, you need a Dungeon Key. There are two confirmed ways to get one:

  • Defeat World Bosses such as Saber, Sukuna, and Gojo. Dungeon Keys are Epic-rarity drops, and the chance varies by boss, so it is worth targeting whichever boss currently offers the highest drop rate.
  • Buy directly from the Merchant NPC on Sailor Island. The Merchant restocks periodically, and this is often the fastest route for players who would rather skip the boss farming loop entirely.

Step 2: Head to Dungeon Island

Once you have a Dungeon Key, find any portal, interact with it, scroll down, and select Dungeon Island as your destination. After teleporting, head straight to find the Dungeon Master NPC.

Step 3: Complete the Dungeon Master Quest

The Dungeon Master NPC will assign you a quest requiring you to collect six Dungeon Puzzle pieces and defeat 25 Bosses. You also need to reach at least Level 5,000 before the Rune Dungeon unlocks. Once you complete the quest, dungeons become accessible with your Dungeon Key.

Step 4: Choose Your Difficulty and Farm

The Rune Dungeon runs across four modes: Easy, Medium, Hard, and Extreme. Each run consists of 15 waves of enemies, and both enemy difficulty and Rune drop rates scale upward with each tier. Extreme Mode enemies are significantly tougher, but the drop rates are far more rewarding. A team of 3 to 4 players is the ideal setup for Extreme runs, as attempting it solo is not recommended at most progression stages.

Pro Tip: Redeem active Sailor Piece codes before dungeon farming to grab free Beli and rerolls that can speed up your overall progress.

This is where a lot of players hit a wall. The Rune tab in your inventory is hidden within the category bar and requires scrolling to find. The game offers no obvious indicator, which leads many players to search the islands for a dedicated Rune NPC that simply does not exist. The process works identically on both PC and Mobile.

Steps to equip a Rune:

  1. Open your inventory by tapping the blue INV button on the left-hand hotbar, located below your Health and EXP bar.
  2. Look at the category tabs running along the top of the inventory window.
  3. On PC, use your mouse wheel to scroll through the tabs. On mobile, swipe with your finger to scroll through them.
  4. Continue scrolling until you reach the Rune tab, which sits between the Accessory and Aura tabs.
  5. Select the Rune you want and click or tap it to equip it to your character.

Important: You can only equip one Rune at a time. Switching to a new Rune simply replaces the previous one, and the unequipped Rune stays safely in your inventory. Once equipped, head to your Stats screen to confirm the active buffs. The Rune tab beneath your profile picture displays every bonus your equipped Rune is currently applying to your character.

How Rune Levelling Works in Sailor Piece

This is one of the most misunderstood systems in the game, so here is exactly how it works.

Rune levelling is account-wide, meaning your Rune Level applies globally across every Rune you own rather than being tied to any individual Rune. Every time you complete a Rune Dungeon run, you earn Rune EXP, with the amount increasing based on difficulty and the Runes you collect during the run. As your global Rune Level rises, the stats on every Rune you own scale upward automatically.

The current maximum Rune Level is 60, increased from the previous cap of 50 in a recent patch. There are two ways to check your current global Rune Level:

  • Press the question mark button next to your character’s picture in the Stats screen.
  • View the Rune section directly within the Stats menu, where your current level is clearly displayed.

Consistently running the Rune Dungeon is the only confirmed way to push your Rune Level higher, so staying active in dungeons matters beyond just collecting new Runes.

Can You Reroll or Reset a Rune’s Stats?

This comes up often, so it is worth addressing directly. Rune rerolling and stat resetting are not currently available in Sailor Piece. There is no mechanic that lets you manually change or reset the stats on a Rune you already own. The only way to obtain a Rune with better base stats is to farm higher difficulty dungeons, where stronger stat rolls are more likely to appear.

Sailor Piece Runes List

There are 11 Runes in Sailor Piece across five rarity tiers. The nine standard Runes drop from the Rune Dungeon, while the two Secret Runes drop exclusively from the Infinite Tower on Tower Island.

How to Get Secret Runes: Primordial and Radiant

Both Primordial Rune and Radiant Rune drop exclusively from the Infinite Tower on Tower Island. Neither drops from the standard Rune Dungeon. To access the Infinite Tower, you need Tower Keys, which drop from strong NPCs across the game or can be obtained through in-game sources.

Drop rates for both Secret Runes are extremely low, ranging from roughly 0.0025% to 0.0135% per floor, with higher floors offering meaningfully better odds. Pushing as high as possible on each Tower run and farming it consistently over time is the only confirmed path to obtaining either of these Runes.

Which Rune Should You Equip?

Since you can only equip one Rune at a time, the choice matters. Here is a breakdown based on confirmed stats and play style:

Best for Raw Damage: Primordial Rune
The Primordial Rune delivers the highest damage output in the game, scaling from +84% DMG at base up to +120% DMG at max Rune Level. However, its Secret rarity and extremely low drop rate from the Infinite Tower make it a long-term farming goal rather than an early priority.

Best Accessible Damage Option: Havoc Rune
The Havoc Rune is the strongest damage Rune most players can realistically obtain from the standard Rune Dungeon. At Mythical rarity, it offers +55% DMG at base and +82% DMG at max Rune Level, making it the top pick for players who are not yet farming the Infinite Tower.

Best for Farming and Drops: Radiant Rune
The Radiant Rune offers the highest Luck bonus in the game at +16 Luck base, scaling up to +28% Luck at max Rune Level. Its Infinite Tower exclusivity makes it a dedicated farming goal, but the payoff for loot-focused builds is substantial.

Best Early Game Option: Fortune Rune
For players still building toward higher levels, the Fortune Rune is a reliable starting choice. Its +10% to +15% Luck boost stacks with other Luck-based items, which speeds up material farming and drop hunting considerably before you can realistically chase Secret Runes.

Key Takeaways

  • Level 5,000 is required before the Rune Dungeon becomes accessible.
  • Dungeon Keys drop from World Bosses or can be purchased directly from the Merchant NPC on Sailor Island.
  • The Rune tab sits between the Accessory and Aura tabs in your inventory — scroll through the category bar to find it.
  • You can only equip one Rune at a time, but unequipped Runes stay safely in your inventory.
  • Rune levelling is account-wide, progresses by clearing Rune Dungeons, and currently caps at Level 60. Check your level via the question mark button or the Rune section in the Stats menu.
  • Rerolling or resetting Rune stats is not possible. Farming higher difficulty dungeons is the only way to improve your rolls.
  • Both Primordial Rune and Radiant Rune drop exclusively from the Infinite Tower on Tower Island, not the Rune Dungeon.
  • Extreme difficulty offers the best drop rates. Bring a team of 3 to 4 players for the best results.
