A new Honkai: Star Rail leak has teased details about upcoming character Cyrene, hinting at her gameplay role and release window.
A recent leak has revealed early insights into Cyrene, a rumored new addition to Honkai: Star Rail. According to information shared by a reliable HoYoverse leaker, Cyrene is expected to debut as a support unit specifically designed to assist Amphoreus’ Chrysos Heirs. If accurate, her design could make her one of the most specialized characters in the game to date.
The leak indicates that Cyrene’s primary stat will be HP, with her skillset built around enhancing the performance of Chrysos Heir characters. However, the report also suggests she may have limited utility outside of those teams, raising questions about her flexibility within broader roster compositions. While exact details of her abilities remain unconfirmed, her mechanics appear to target synergy with Amphoreus characters such as Castorice, Phainon, and Cerydra.
Cyrene is rumored to join the roster with Version 3.7, scheduled to release on November 5, 2025. Her arrival would follow the highly anticipated Version 3.6 update, which is set to introduce the new “Anomaly Arbitration” endgame mode and grant all players a free copy of Permansor Terrae.
Honkai: Star Rail has consistently reshaped its meta with each major update. The Amphoreus cycle in particular has introduced standout characters like Phainon and Hysilens, as well as crossover units such as Archer and Saber. Cyrene’s role as a potential HP-scaling support could further elevate existing Chrysos Heir teams, particularly given Castorice’s reliance on draining allies’ health to strengthen her attacks.
As the storyline of Amphoreus nears its conclusion, HoYoverse continues to expand the roster with unique character concepts and mechanics. If the leaks prove accurate, Cyrene could serve as a powerful but highly specialized option for players invested in building Chrysos Heir-focused teams.
